Refund Policy

 Packages are non-refundable with an expiration of 1 year from purchase. It is transferable to friends and/or family.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that “life happens” and that appointments need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours prior to an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment and no-shows will be charged the full amount. No credit or refund will be issued, according to our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and courtesy in regard to missed appointments.
